When you become full of yourself.

Hi.

How much time do you have for yourself?

How much time of the day do you spend for "other than yourself"?

When I have worries,

my mind is filled with worries and I can't think of anything else.

Since worries are created by your own thoughts,

the time you are worried about can be said to be "the time you are suffering from what you create."

When such time increases, my time becomes full of things I create (such as worries).

You can't afford to think about other things, be considerate of others, or think from the other person's point of view.

And, when the thoughts that I'm worried about can't afford to run away,

I'm starting to do what I have to do "as usual" for the time being, as if it were an assembly line.

I will not be able to do anything wholeheartedly.

Even if you don't have your own time, for the sake of doing various things for other people,

your mind is surprisingly full of your own points of thought and worries. It may be sloppy thinking about yourself.

In such a case, the truth is, you are not thinking for them and do not act for them.

For example, if the mother is too busy to benefit her child, she would not care the child's point of view and just  try to play a role as a mother for the time being.

What happens when you start trying to do something based on your time?

Many things wouldn't really be based on your time,

so distortions start to occur one after another.

Then, of course, problems happen and nothing goes well.

In such time, why don't you realize that you are full of yourself

and

try to move away from yourself?

There is a way to put yourself in a different timeline than the rhythm you create.

For example, try taking a local bus that doesn't come on time.

Away from the always bright city, go to the countryside where it gets darker and brighter with the rhythm of nature.

Try to participate in an event that you were not interested in at all.

Try going to a coffee shop that you don't usually choose.

If you can feel that your time is passing in another time that you cannot control and is different from your own rhythm,

you may be able to get out of the troubled self or the loop of bad thought that you create. ..

Once you get away from your timeline and get out of the rhythm of your worries, you will be able to see yourself from a different perspective,

and you will be able to see

the wrong  of thinking.

You could stop doing what you didn't have to do, and focus on what really need for your life.

You could easily find a solution to your worries, or mysteriously calm your mind.

When I'm full of myself, I'll try to stay in a timeline other than myself for a while.
